Is there a cost for using your service? You will pay nothing for using our service from start to finish and for as long as it takes to find you the perfect place.

Do I need to get a mortgage here in Ireland or can I get one in Spain? Our real estate partners have a full mortgage service in Spain and mortgage rates are usually lower than in Ireland, depending on your financial status 70% mortgages can be secured meaning you will only need to put down 30% of the purchase price.

Do you arrange viewing trips? We do indeed and you will be taken care of by our team from initial airport collection if required to drop off when you return (all related costs i.e flights, accommodation are not covered)
